Order processing

Every order is reviewed, quality-checked, and packed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order is packed, it's handed to our courier partner, Bosta, and you'll get a tracking number by SMS and email to follow it in real time.

We ship nationwide through Bosta. Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Shipping fees

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Any applicable free-shipping threshold or promotional offer will be shown clearly before you confirm your order.

Cash on delivery

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) through Bosta for eligible areas, alongside online payment options. If COD isn't available for your area, this will be flagged automatically at checkout.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is picked up by Bosta, you'll receive a tracking link by SMS/email. You can follow your shipment status live — out for delivery, delayed, or delivered — at any time.

Failed or delayed deliveries

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, Bosta's courier will attempt to contact you and reschedule. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us, and we'll reach out to arrange redelivery.

• Delays caused by the courier, weather, or force majeure are outside our control, but we'll always keep you updated.

In-store pickup

Prefer to skip delivery? You can choose to pick up your order for free from any of our branches: Sheraton, Heliopolis, or Nasr City, once it's ready.
